Choosing The Perfect Package

Congratulations on your engagement and upcoming wedding! More than likely at this time you have set you wedding date and venue and I am here to help you on the next step.

Every wedding is unique to the couple but there are a few key elements that every special day incorporates. Getting Ready, The Ceremony, & The Reception. You know you would like a wedding photographer and possible a videographer but can't quite figure out what you need and for how long you need your photographer.

Ask yourself what is the LAST THING you want captured of your day, then backtrack the amount of hours you'll need. Example: The Sparkler Exit is at 10:00 PM, which puts your photographer/videographer to arrive at 2:00 PM to capture getting ready photos. This also lets the Hair and Makeup Artist know what time they should be finished by.


#1 Most couples choose 8 hours of coverage so they can have Getting Ready moments captured all the way to the Grand exit in the reception.

#2 Many wedding ceremonies start around 2 hours before Sunset so the couple can have beautiful lighting during their formal photos. ( Outside photos at 1-2 PM often leave a couple squinting or getting hot).

#3 8 Hour Packages are designed to capture the key elements of the day, however a 12:00 PM wedding may

#4 You are more than welcome to always add additional hourly coverage at a later date after you book with our team.

#5 Church or Catholic weddings commonly add 2 hours of additional coverage(Total of 10) as the ceremony are usually at 11:00-2:00 PM.
