Step 1 - Login To Your Photo Gallery
The link & CLIENT password is located at the bottom of your email.
Provide Family & Guests a Guest Password by requested one via email.
Step 2 - Select Print Store
The Personalized Print Store view in the top menu bar under the large cover photo at the top of your gallery.
Step 3 - Print & Product Options
Choose prints from the categories.
Step 4 - Select a Size & Finish Style
We offer a wide variety of different sizes and finishes to your prints. Choose the dimensions and the type of finish for your prints
Step 5 - Add To Shopping Cart
Select "Buy Prints" and choose the photos to order. After photos have been chosen, click "next" in the top right hand corner.
Step 6 - Certain Sizes Require Cropping
Hovering over a selected print will give you the option to crop or change the image completely. Make sure to check all of your selected prints to make sure of proper cropping. Some photos are larger than the selected print size so cropping is necessary to make the image fit properly.
No refunds are given due to improper cropping of an image.
Step 7 - Shopping Cart Order Summary
Click add to cart add to cart and sign/ register using your E-mail. This will take you to an order summary page. Click "Proceed To Checkout" or continue shopping for more Print Store options. Once you've proceeded to checkout Input your payment information.
Step 8 - Notifications & Updates
Thank you for ordering from Jay Grubb Photography. We have been notified automatically about your order. You may receive a series of updates for your order via E-mail. If we have any questions about the order, we will reach out directly.
