FAQs
Do You Travel for Weddings?
Absolutely. I travel through all of North Florida, Panhandle, and Southern Georgia. Many of the couple I work with have destination weddings and need an expert on travel and sunset times for lighting. I always have a plan b!
WHEN SHOULD WE BOOK?
As soon as you set the wedding date with your wedding venue is best. Saturday fall and spring wedding dates book around a year+ in advance. Reach out as soon as you've set your date is recommended.
How do we book or save our date?
You can book directly through my website in just a few minutes or request an "old fashioned" contract. Payments can be made through the website with debit, credit, Zelle, or Venmo. Sorry Checks are not accepted.
Can I add Video or Your Other Services Later?
Of course. Most of my couples add services after they have picked their main package so may they plan their wedding day needs.
Do You Photograph and film Rehearsal & Welcome Dinners?
Yes. Please contact me for a personalized quote based on your needs.
Do you have a 2nd photographer?
Yes. Actually I have 4 that I have worked with for years each as a lead wedding photographer.
For very large weddings my team has multiple photographers at multiple locations at the same time for full coverage. It's also great to always have an emergency photographer always on standby.
How long does it take to receive wedding photos?
During winter and summer months it usually takes about 2-4 weeks to deliver all the photos edited. Spring and Fall weddings it takes 6-8 weeks. Large weddings with multiple photographers, special requests, and holidays may adjust delivery times. When I deliver teaser photos, I give an estimated date when all the photos are ready.
How do we receive our wedding photos?
For clients that have packages including edited photos: A Premium online wedding gallery link and password is provided. Inside your gallery you have the ability to download all the photos at full high resolution with out a watermark.
For our express clients, your receive a digital download link only.
How many photos will we receive?
Every wedding, every couple is unique. So is your timeline and plan for the day. On average, an 8 Hour wedding at one venue, creates 600-800 edited photos to treasure.
Do you have an engagement photo sessions?
Of course! What better way to get to know each other in addition to having a great date with your partner showcasing your love.
Are you Licensed & Insured?
Yes. Im also a licensed FAA drone pilot as a few of the members on my team. A COI can be provided upon request for your wedding once booked.
Do we receive printing rights?
Yes. All of the couples I work with receive a 3rd party printing release. this allows you to print photos on your own printer or take to a 3rd party. There is no obligation to buy prints directly.
