Quality Audio Is Essential For Epic Storytelling

We use modern, discreet wireless mics have built in audio recorders. Not only can our mics transit quality audio to our video cameras, but a back up recording is created should radio interference occur which may used later for post video editing production. When and where possible with permission, we also plugin to dj soundboards, speakers, venue & church audio systems.

Ceremony Audio Setup Guide

Every Ceremony Setup & Location is unique.

To best capture quality audio and video we request to the following things to happen.

Ensure Our Video Team time allotted and we will take care of the rest.

  1. Videographer on site at Ceremony location for camera placement (15 Minute Minimum Before Ceremony Start Time)
  2. Videographer Places Lav Mics on Officant & Groom 5-10 Minutes Before Ceremony (Bride Lav Mic Available $)
  3. Videographer Plugs Into any available DJ/Venue Ceremony Output When or Where Possible for 3rd Backup.
  4. After the Ceremony...The videographer retrieves the audio mics and recorders prior to any scheduled events like formal photos.

Do Not Turn Off,ON, or Disconnect wires on our microphones please.

DJ/Venue output audio quality is based on their system. We are not responsible for other vendors quality.

Reception

Blessings, Speeches, & Toasts

Every wedding's reception timeline (order of events) is unique.

To best help our team, please add any blessings, speeches, or toasts to your timeline. On the day of introducing the videographer to those speaking is extremely helpful.

  1. Videographer needs 15 minutes to set up cameras for reception introductions & prepare mics for guests planning on giving blessings, speeches, or toasts.
  2. Videographer places secondary audio back-up into the Venue/DJ's set-up if available and allowed before the reception beings. This will record the DJ's output as well as act a back-up for video audio.
  3. After a Blessing, Speeches, or Toasts...we will retrieve the audio mics and recorders.

Do Not Turn Off,ON, or Disconnect wires on our microphones please.

DJ/Venue output audio quality is based on their system. We are not responsible for other vendors quality.
