How to Order Prints from Your PixieSet Photo Gallery
We’re so excited you’re ready to turn your favorite memories into beautiful prints! At Jay Grubb Photography & Video, we make it easy to order high-quality professional prints directly from your online photo gallery.
Follow these simple steps to place a print order through PixieSet:
Step 1: Open Your Online Gallery
Start by visiting the link we shared with you. This link will take you directly to your personal photo gallery hosted on PixieSet.

Step 2: Browse and Select Your Favorite Photos
- Click through your gallery to find the photo(s) you’d like to print.
- When you hover over a photo, you’ll see a shopping cart icon 🛒.
- Click the cart icon to begin the print selection process.
You can also click on the photo to enlarge it, then tap the “Buy Photo” button at the top of the screen.
Step 3: Choose a Print Product
After selecting a photo:
- A list of print options will appear: Standard Prints, Fine Art Prints, Canvas Wraps, Framed Prints, and more.
- Click the format you’re interested in.
- Then choose your size (e.g., 5x7", 8x10", 11x14", etc.).
- Set the quantity and click Add to Cart.
💡 Tip: For home wall art, we recommend starting with 11x14" or larger for that "wow" factor!
Step 4: Preview & Crop
PixieSet automatically suggests cropping, but we recommend adjusting the crop yourself:
- Click the “Edit Crop” option.
- Drag the box to frame your subject just right.
- Once satisfied, click Save Crop.
This ensures your photo is perfectly centered when printed.
Step 5: Review Your Cart
When you're ready:
- Click the cart icon (top right corner of the gallery).
- Review all your selected prints.
- You can still make adjustments to sizes, quantities, or crops here.
Step 6: Checkout Securely
- Click Checkout to begin the secure payment process.
- Enter your shipping information.
- Choose your shipping speed.
- Enter your payment details, then click Place Order.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and a tracking number once it ships.
✅ That’s it! Your prints are on their way.
