Instructions For Downloading Wedding Photos and Photo Session Images


Downloading your wedding photos in full resolution without any watermark is simple through your Pixieset gallery. At Jay Grubb Photography & Video, we want to make sure you can easily access and preserve your special memories. Follow these step-by-step instructions to download your images directly to your computer — watermark-free!

Step 1: Find Your Gallery Link

Start by clicking the link to your photo gallery that was emailed to you. The gallery will open in your web browser.

💡 Tip: Bookmark the link so you can return to your gallery at any time!

Step 2: Enter Your Email Address (if prompted)

Some galleries may request your email address to access the full collection. Simply enter your preferred email and press “Open Gallery.

”This helps us keep track of who’s accessing the gallery and ensures your privacy.

Step 3: Click the Download Icon

Look for the download arrow icon — typically located in the upper right corner of the screen (on desktop). Click on this icon.

If you don’t see it right away, it may also appear after clicking into an individual photo or in the top navigation bar.

Step 4: Enter Your 4-Digit Download PIN

You’ll be prompted to enter a 4-digit PIN. This code was provided in the original email you received from Jay Grubb Photography & Video when your gallery was delivered.

Step 5: Choose “High Resolution” for Full Quality (No Watermark)

After entering the PIN, you’ll be given a few download options:

  • High Resolution (No Watermark) – This is the best option for printing or archiving.
  • Web Size – Ideal for sharing on social media (lower resolution).

👉 Select High Resolution to get your watermark-free images in full clarity.

Step 6: Download the Entire Gallery or Select Individual Images

You can choose to download:

  • The entire gallery (recommended if you're saving everything to your computer), or
  • Select specific photos by hovering over an image, clicking the checkbox, and then pressing the download button.
  • Large galleries may take a few minutes to zip and download. Be patient — your memories are worth the wait!

Step 7: Save to Your Computer

Once the download begins, a .ZIP file will be created and saved to your computer. After it finishes downloading:

  1. Double-click the .ZIP file to unzip it.
  2. A folder will appear with all your images neatly organized and watermark-free.
  3. Move this folder to a safe location, like your external hard drive, cloud storage, or desktop.
