How to Explore and Navigate Your PixieSet Online Photo Gallery

After your special day, your online photo gallery is the gateway to reliving all the incredible memories. This guide will help you confidently explore and navigate your PixieSet online photo gallery from Jay Grubb Photography & Video, so you can view, organize, and share your favorite moments with ease.


Step 1: Accessing Your Gallery

  • You’ll receive a direct link to your gallery via email from us.
  • Click the link to open the gallery in your browser (desktop or mobile-friendly!).
  • You’ll be prompted to enter your email address to access the full collection.
Note: Clients will have full access, while guests may see a limited view depending on gallery settings.


Step 2: Browsing Collections by Section

  • Once inside, the gallery may be organized into labeled collections (like “Ceremony,” “Reception,” or “Bridal Portraits”).
  • Scroll through each section or use the navigation bar at the top (if available) to jump directly to a collection.


Step 3: Viewing Photos

  • Click any photo to open it in a fullscreen lightbox view.
  • Use the arrows or swipe to scroll through.
  • Tap the heart icon to add it to your favorites list (great for print orders—see our Favorites Guide if you need help).


Step 4: Exploring Gallery Features

  • Download Button – If downloads are enabled, you’ll see a download icon or prompt when viewing photos or albums.
  • Shop/Store – Some galleries include an integrated store to easily order professional prints or albums.
  • Slideshow Mode – Some galleries offer a slideshow button for an automatic fullscreen presentation.


Step 5: Logging In as a Client vs Guest

  • Client Login: Use your full-access email address to unlock the entire gallery and download permissions.
  • Guest Login: Guests using their own emails may be able to view and favorite photos but may not have download rights or access to private collections (depending on the permissions they are given).

Tips for a Better Viewing Experience

  • Desktop Viewing is ideal for the full gallery experience, especially when reviewing or ordering prints.
  • On mobile, enjoy the ease of browsing anywhere, but be sure to use a Wi-Fi connection for optimal loading times.
