Can we purchase this deal for another event like a holiday party, graduation, birthday, or special occasion?
Yes. Absolutely. Please keep in mind all payments are nonrefundable and are exclusive for that date and event type only. It is non transferable once you book.
Does this deal include a backdrop?
No. A backdrop is not needed but you can provide your own or rent one of ours.
We already have a photo booth package. Can we upgrade?
Yes. Contact Jay directly about some exclusive options and deals just for you.
If we cancel or postpone our event, can we still use the photo booth on the new date?
All payments are nonrefundable and only valid on the original event date and for that specific event. If you postpone the event or cancel the event the payment is 100% nonrefundable. You will have to purchase a new package and sign a new contract for a photo booth. This deal is not transferable for other events.
Can I purchase this deal and give it as a gift?
Yes. We highly recommend reaching out to us before purchasing because of travel and availability.
We only need the booth for 2 hours. Can we get a discount?
No.
