The Remaining Balance due amount is due 45 days before your wedding. You may email jay@jaygrubbphotography.com for a payment link.

Check your Junk/Spam Email Folder for emailed invoices. You may request one early months before the final remaining balance payment is due.

Read your contract for any specifics.

We do not accept Remaining Balance payments of contracts directly through our website. A payment link will be emailed to you or you can make a payment through Zelle at 904-525-6820. Or You request an emailed payment link to pay with a debit or credit card.

Checks are not accepted.

For Weddings, the Remaining Balance Invoice is emailed 45-60 Days before the scheduled event date.

For Photography Sessions, the Remaining Balance Payment Link is emailed 7 Days before the scheduled session date.

For Other Types of Events & Photo Booth ONLY Services, the Remaining Balance Invoice is emailed 30 Days before the scheduled event date.

If you would like to make a partial or monthly payment plan, I can set up a recurring monthly invoice/payment link for you. The administrative fee to set this up is $150.00 to cover the extra fees and time it takes to setup. No interest. Any remaining balance is still due 45 days before the wedding.

We do not offer a line of credit but you may reach out to your credit card or bank to create those opportunities.

Coverage time is billed in hourly increments.

All balances for services are required before the event to receive service. Please refer to your contract or purchased service for more due date details.

No products physically or digitally will be provided until all balances are paid in full.

Late payments are subject to a late fee which must be paid prior to service.

Payments are nonrefundable and nontransferable for other services.

Cancelation of service(s), forfeits all payments made as we officially saved the date you requested. Cancelations must be writing via email from the hiring party.
